Attention Competitors!
In the Local Regulations of SMPO 2023 and the competition Leszno Cup 2023 there are new requirements related to the technical equipment of gliders:
In point 3.2.4 Additional required documentation – there is an obligation to provide a printout of Flarm range. The instruction to generate the printout is also given.
“A printout of the range of the Flarm device used during the competition must be provided to the organizer as an attachment to the registration form. In the absence of a printout before the end of registration, it is acceptable to provide a printout after the first flight made during the competition.

In section 4.1.1 Mandatory additional equipment, there was a recommendation to install and use an anti-collision strobe light (e.g. Capy Flash).
“It is recommended that strobe lamps be placed in the glider to increase the visibility of the glider during flight. The lamps should be on from takeoff to landing.”
